This course is for anyone who currently holds a GWO First Aid certificate and needs to renew it before it expires. It is relevant for technicians, supervisors, and other personnel who work on or around wind turbines and are required to maintain a current GWO certification.
You must hold a valid GWO First Aid certificate to enrol in this refresher. If your certificate has already expired, you will need to complete the full GWO First Aid course rather than the refresher.
The blended format consists of two parts. First, you complete an online e-learning module at your own pace, which covers the theoretical foundations of the course. You then attend a half-day practical session at the training facility, running, where you apply and consolidate your knowledge through hands-on exercises.
